Chief Executive Officer

Pete is a builder. Throughout his career he has helped other companies, his own companies, and those around him build success. As CEO of Asgard Cyber Security, Pete established the firm’s business foundation, shaping its strategy and assembling a team of qualified, dedicated professionals to provide purpose-built cyber security solutions to fit the unique needs of its clients. As Asgard’s top executive, Pete’s 30+ years as a consultant, business partner, and founding director define Asgard’s core tenet—give more than you get.

Before forming Asgard in 2017, Pete co-founded W Energy Software, serving the oil and gas industry, and built it from $100K to more than $25M in revenue over an 11-year period. Before that, he co-founded Capitalize Consulting, another O&G concern, and Quorum Software, also serving the energy industry, growing Quorum to more than $30M in sales. Each company continues to thrive today. Pete started his career at Accenture, where he authored the popular midstream accounting software, TIPS, building its sales to over $15M.

Pete’s understanding of financial, operational, management, and sales functionality at the highest levels contribute to his value as a partner, leader, and mentor to clients and associates alike. Pete earned his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University, where he established a scholarship program to assist promising, young students from rural backgrounds in achieving their dreams and aspirations. Pete enjoys boating and cart racing in his spare time and continues to serve as an industry mentor.

Chief Technology Officer

Mike’s 20+ year career leading to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Asgard Cyber Security appropriately reflects that of a digital electron, traversing network architectures, company infrastructures, and the cloud, from the depths of software code through the innerworkings of hardware and infrastructure design. He is responsible for Asgard’s technical direction, penetration testing, and software development, from framing strategies and methodologies to building an “A” team of cyber security technology professionals.

Prior to Asgard, Mike served as CTO for Wolf Canyon Energy Group, where he established IT policies and created a large-scale WAN to connect multiple corporate and branch locations along with end-to-end security systems. Before that, he led W Energy Software’s IT migration to the cloud, upgrading more than 500 systems and 60 customers, while saving the company over $500K in operating costs. Mike also authored NGL Energy Partners’ cyber security program, securing enterprise-wide SCADA systems, helped secure a $30M facility for a major agricultural company, and worked as a Dell Windows Systems Architect.

Mike started his career supporting Microsoft Windows on their performance team; he later joined their Beta Technology Support team, helping to develop Windows XP and support various Microsoft government and enterprise clients. Mike attended Southwest Texas State University and the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds several professional credentials, including Certified Professional Hacker, (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Offensive Security Certified Expert, Certified Professional, and Wireless Professional. Mike is an avid skydiver and a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus.

Tracey Radi

Vice President of Sales

Building a book of business requires a confident confidante, as Tracey Radi demonstrates in in her position as Vice President of Sales for Asgard Cyber Security. Her ability to relate to others with genuine concern enables her to credibly market Asgard’s value proposition, acquire clients, and manage sales through completion of services with trust and poise.

Tracey built her career over 30+ years in B2B sales, new business development, marketing, customer service, management, recruiting, and training. She served as Director of Business Development at W Energy Software before joining Asgard, helping grow the firm from $0 to more than $25M in revenues in 13 years. During Southern California’s real estate downturn, she created her own sales-as-a service firm, helping marketing and advertising clients weather the recession by implementing creative sales strategies that paid for themselves. While at eai Healthcare Staffing, Tracey led business development and recruiting to grow the company from two to 10 offices nationwide, leading to a 280% increase in revenue.

Tracey founded the Tulsa Area Agile Group (TAAG), volunteered for Natural Gas and Energy Association of Oklahoma (NGEAO), served on the Board of Directors for the Advertising and Healthcare Communicators clubs of San Diego, and chaired the fundraising committee of San Diego’s Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Tracey presently volunteers with Oklahoma Women in Technology. She holds a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Arizona. She is an avid animal rescue advocate who volunteers with a local animal shelter, helps foster puppies find new humans and has never met a dog she didn’t like. Tracey also enjoys reading, gardening, concerts, watching baseball, and Pure Barre training.

Travon Duncan

Senior Director of Penetration Testing

As the Senior Director of Penetration Testing for Asgard Cyber Security, Travon Duncan surveys the boundaries between trust and treachery in the world of cyber-crime. Clients trust him to develop test procedures that meet or exceed statements of work, exposing human and technical vulnerabilities across the enterprise. Yet, as a thought leader in the industry, he must refresh his understanding of the most pernicious hacking schemes pressing the veil of corporate security daily. Travon’s career attests to his ability to walk the line.

Prior to joining Asgard, Travon earned national recognition for his work in reshaping operations for the U.S. Government's Cyber Security program. He developed and facilitated the deployment of a variety of system security baselines that would later be implemented into international military operations. Travon came to Asgard from Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he secured integrated air and missile defense cyber systems before leaving the organization as their Senior Cyber Systems Engineer.

Travon holds numerous certifications and credentials, including Certified Ethical Hacker, Practical Network Penetration Tester, and Certified Network Defense Architect, with Active Secret Clearance. He graduated as a presidential scholar on the dean’s list from Virginia Union University and holds a B.S. degree in cyber security and minor in digital forensics. Travon hosts a global online forum for cyber security professionals serving over 2,000 members at discord.gg/zeroxpsec. He encourages newcomers to the field by volunteering as a mentor.
